Tracy Morgan at The Paramount in Huntington

When Tracy Morgan comes to town, tickets sell fast. Fans of his work on Saturday Night Live, 30 Rock and his hilarious stand up packed The Paramount in Huntington on Saturday night, December 1st. His current television work includes The Last O.G. on TBS, proving that the 50 year old Morgan hasn't lost a step. Even in the tragic aftermath of a horrific car accident involving a Wal-Mart tractor trailer in 2014, Morgan has fought his way back to do what he loves best: making people laugh.

The sold out evening was hosted by Ardie Fuqua, a long-time friend of Morgan who was also in the accident with him. Warming up the crowd included comedian, actor and writer Rob Cantrell, comedian and writer on The Original O.G. Marc Theobald, actor and comedian Ruperto Vanderpool and the sole female comedian of the evening, Pat Brown. Each brought their own unique comedic styling to the lineup and received raucous applause in return.

When Morgan hit the stage about 90 minutes into the show, the applause was thunderous. With his impish grin and commanding presence, Morgan was clearly back.
